8-12 Years of Experience. BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Prefered expertise in the following skills:
Knowledge of Standard mode of measurement, BOQ preambles. Knowledge of BBS (bar bending schedules).Monthly Client Bill/ Sub Contractor billing.
Calculation of bill of quantities, Estimation of cost. Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill.
Candidate must have experience in high rise and commercial buildings.
Must have excellent communication skills.
